Policies
Deposits & Payments
A $100 deposit is required to book. The deposit is applied toward your treatment. Remaining balance is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. You will be contacted by a staff member for your deposit.
Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive injectable treatments. Clients under 18 may be eligible for select services with parental/guardian consent.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. A $100 deposit is required for all appointments and will be forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours or in case of a no-show.
Refunds on Services
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds once treatments have been provided. Results vary by individual, and multiple sessions may be recommended for best outcomes.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or forfeit your service. No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Refunds on Products
Unopened and unused skincare products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
