A $100 deposit is required to book. The deposit is applied toward your treatment. Remaining balance is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. You maybe contacted by a staff member for your deposit or be needed to keep a credit card on file. 

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive injectable treatments. Clients under 18 may be eligible for select services with parental/guardian consent.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. A $100 deposit is required for all appointments and will be forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours or in case of a no-show. 

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds once treatments have been provided. Results vary by individual, and multiple sessions may be recommended for best outcomes.

A 2.75% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions at Natural Glow Aesthetics and Wellness. This fee does not apply to cash payments. The fee will be disclosed at the time of payment.

Unopened and unused skincare products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
